CHANGE PENALTIES

Once a non-refundable ticket has been issued, any changes to that ticket may be subject to an airline-imposed penalty. For domestic travel, most carriers charge a $100.00 change penalty ( plus our applicable Processing fee).

Any changes to the return portion of a ticket can be made by paying the penalty and, as long as the original booking class is available. Any change made to the outbound prior to departure may be subject to a fare increase based upon the new fare on the day of change. For international economy class travel, penalties vary by carrier and route but range from $35.00 to $150.00 (plus our applicable processing fee)

TICKET DELIVERY

All travel documents that are eligible for electronic ticketing will be issued as such with the passenger receipt and invoice mailed to the billing address unless passenger specifically requests a paper ticket. The charge for issuing paper tickets when electronic ticketing is eligible is USD50.00. All travel documents not eligible for e- ticket will be sent via US postal service or express overnight by DHL or UPS service for delivery in North America, for which an additional charge will be assessed.

We do not assume responsibility for tickets lost in transit. If ticket is lost in transit the airline may require you to purchase a new ticket and file a Lost Ticket Application to reimburse your original ticket, less any fee.

FORM OF PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

All reservations made using LatinDiscounters.Com require payment at the time of ticketing by a credit card accepted as a valid form of payment by a travel supplier. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club are widely accepted. The billing address of the credit card statement must match the delivery address of the tickets, and the cardholder must have a valid telephone contact. On dollar amounts over U$1,000.00, the credit card merchant may require the cardholder to sign a credit card letter of authorization. Any special authorizations can be arranged by calling at 877-426-8676. Third party credit cards are only accepted by phone under special arrangements.

NON REFUNDABLE TICKETS

Any non-refundable ticket can be applied to future travel on the same carrier before the original departure date. Penalties and increase in prices may apply.

RECONFIRMATION

We highly suggest that you reconfirm your flights 24-hours in advance for domestic flights and 72-hours prior to international departures. Failure to use the reservation will result in automatic cancellation of all continuing and return flights.

SERVICE CHARGES

 We reserve the right to charge a processing fee in the event of a refund, cancellation, or other special handling in addition to any charge imposed by a travel supplier. REFUNDS Any unused travel credit, which is refundable, will be refunded in accordance with the travel suppliers refund policy. Refunds will only be made available to the client after payment has been received by the agency.

RESPONSIBILITY

LatinDiscounters.com is an agent, representing select travel suppliers. LatinDiscounters.com is not responsible in any way for negligent acts, errors, or omissions of any kind from these suppliers represented. All passengers are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas and travel documents as required by the country of departure and destination.

VERIFICATION

Please verify all travel information before tickets are issue. LatinDiscounters.Com must be notified of any discrepancies in less than 24 hours after tickets are issue. LatinDiscounters.Com is not responsible for any errors or discrepancies in travel documents more than 24-hours after tickets have been issue.

LIABILITY

 User acknowledges that LatinDiscounters.Com is not responsible for any irregularity or consequence occasioned through the negligence, default, act, or omission of any supplier or person engaged in the service of the travel product.

AIR FARES

Most airline fares require passengers to meet certain restrictions (i.e. advance purchase, weekend stay). Any changes to a ticketed itinerary prior to departure may be subject to a fare increase and an administrative penalty. Fares change frequently, and no fare is guaranteed until actually ticketed.
